Southbound Airport staging areas and pick up instructions

The following are staging areas for passengers to meet southbound shuttles, although the shuttle will stop at both Dulles and Ronald Reagan Airports, all passengers must make a reservation to board shuttle. Please print these instructions and take them with you.

Terminal "A" Arrivals: 
 
Upon departing terminal "A" via the main doors, count three sidewalks across, with sidewalk #1 being the one you step out on when exiting the terminal. When reaching sidewalk #3, note the two bus stops to your right and left. You can stage at either bus stop. If waiting for a scheduled shuttle, look for the shuttle on or around the scheduled time. If waiting for a custom transport, look for the shuttle about 20 min after landing. In either case our vans will be marked "Chop Chop Shuttle & Tour". Since vehicles are not able to wait curbside at any of the airports you must look out for the van and flag it down when you see it. Terminals "B" & "C" Arrivals:
 
Upon departing terminal "B" or "C" via the main doors, cross over to the 2nd sidewalk, with sidewalk #1 being the one you step out on when exiting the terminal. When reaching sidewalk #2, there will be a series of bus stops. Over each bus stop there will be the name of an airline. Proceed to and stage at the bus stop labeled "American B". Again make sure that you are on the 2nd sidewalk. If waiting for a scheduled shuttle, look for the shuttle on or around the scheduled time. If waiting for a custom transport, look for the shuttle about 20 min after landing. In either case our vans will be marked "Chop Chop Shuttle & Tour". Since vehicles are not able to wait curbside at any of the airports you must look out for the van and flag it down when you see it. Upon leaving the baggage claim area, look for the nearest escalator or stair case. They should be located togeather. Take the escalator or stairs up 1 flight , which will bring you to the departure level. This level is where the ticket counters are located for all the airlines. Locate the United Airlines ticket counter. As you you look outside from the United Airlines ticket counter, there will be glass doors in front of you. Proceed out of the glass door to your extreme right, which also happens to be the last door in the terminal and stage on the sidewalk right outside that door. If waiting for a scheduled shuttle, look for the shuttle on or around the scheduled time. If waiting for a custom transport, look for the shuttle about 30 min after landing. In either case our vans will be marked "Chop Chop Shuttle & Tour". Since vehicles are not able to wait curbside at any of the airports you must look out for the van and flag it down when you see it. Shuttles do not automatically stop at the above locations. Reservations must be made minimum day prior for the shuttle to stop at a particular hotel/college or airport.
